Dress has smocking detail on shoulder seams of short sleeves. Cuffs of sleeves have elasticized hem. There are some marks on velvet as respective to age. Has metal side zipper.Fabulous vintage patina to this dress.There are some original tulle remnants on inside sleeve hem. These add to historical age, and do not affect look. Beautiful vintage dress!
